Laure Mulin
Laure Mulin has more than 20 years of experience in statutory auditing, consolidated account and IFRS standards, in industry, services and banking institutions. In charge of the professional doctrine of Sygnatures, she offers it expertise in quality control and training. As the technical manager of the "Organisme Tiers Indépendant" (OTI) Sygnatures accredited by COFRAC (more informations on www.cofrac.fr), she conducts verification missions of the CSR data presented in the "Déclaration de Performance Extra-Financière" (DPEF) and ESG/RSE diagnostic missions.
Arnaud Brochard
Arnaud Brochard has more than 15 years of experience in consolidation and IFRS standards. At Sygnatures, he co-manages the Consolidation line and acts as statutory auditor and acquisition auditor for companies and Groups of all sizes in the south west of France. He is also Deputy Technical Manager for CSR Audit and runs training courses within the Group.
